[WhiteListed] Hunting Rifle & Moss12 Trader Fix

A Whitelisted mutator to fix the outdated "Add Trader" mutator for the Hunting Rifle and adds the Moss12! Packed in 1 mutator, how dandy!

First download both weapons!:
Hunting Rifle @Steam Workshop
Moss12 @Steam Workshop

Next you download the fix mutator from either
Steam Workshop or MediaFire

Select "Add Hunting Rifle and Moss12" in your mutator tab and have fun

For servers, the 2 files are:
MutHRMTrader.u
MutHRMTrader.ucl

If you would like to know the pickups, its:

BDHuntingRifleFinal.Hunting_RiflePickup
Moss12Mut.Moss12Pickup

Now, the next big question... how do we get perk bonuses working properly with these weapons while keeping a server whitelisted?

LAR seems like it's about 2x stronger than the Hunting Rifle on headshot damage when playing as lv6 Sharp and that's a real shame!

The mutator needs to be added to server actors and packages right?
I can't seem to get it to work atm
