Which side will you take the most?

This thread was probably done before, but I didn't see anything in the auto-search, so let me carry on and ask you all: Which side would you like to take the most and why exactly? We know that the two sides play a bit differently, but which one takes your fancy the most, and for what reason?

I, personally, am not at all sure which side I would like to take, but after seeing the Mauser C96, and my love for the MG-34 carried over from Ostfront, I find myself leaning towards playing as the Axis.

How 'bout you?

Edit: Added Clowns as a choice due to having added too many poll options by mistake and being under pressure from the time limit for poll creation and not thinking up anything else better to add.

95% of the time I auto-assign and end up on the team with less players. The other 5% I probably play equally.

I prefer the soviets because of their weapons, esp the ppsh, which doesn't have to be so much of a run and gun weapon now that the recoil is lesser. I like the axis too, but mostly I will choose the side with less players.

Auto-assign, even if I disliked one side, I dislike uneven teams more.
(auto-balance is annoying imho).

That's why I am always choosing auto-assign in any game I play.

i like the feeling you get ( like in konigsplatz or zhitomir ) being out of reinforcements and you defend the last objective with some survivors.

I usually auto-assign, but on some maps where one team seem to be the one most prefer I sometimes select it instead for variations sake. So I choose both equally.

Yes, but those on Daily Kos don't understand that. I know a lot about this since my neighbor runs a chapter of La Raza in my town.

@Alvin, I kinda disagree with you sitting in waiting for an Axis slot... it wastes a slot in the server, and doesn't help at all with a total team imbalance! RO2 does automatically balance teams, right?

I usually pick the team that has a harder time on that particular map.

Or if I'm eating and listening to music at the same time I'll just go defense so I can play one handed .
