Sirens that spawn in droves. When your a medic that is chasing that crazy, stupid zerker on hard to keep him alive, going around a corner to catch him with a healing dart and having your head explode when four sirens scream. Simultaneously.

The vast majority of us agree that it's Crawler or Husks, and really this is the truth. It depends on the map & perk for which one is more annoying.
Although, Penguin is also right. Large groups of Sirens are annoying... but then they're usually protected by Crawlers and Husks xD

That reminds me of someone who was attacked by a crawler, backed onto his own pipebomb, and unloaded his 9mm on it. This set off the pipe, thereby killing him instantly. It was hilarious.
