Water shaders?! I'm afraid there are none. Most water water is cube map based, though barashka has a plain texture panner. Most of the cube map textures are in the texture package of the level they appear in.

The easiest way to find water textures is to go to a map that has water, go to the fluidsurfaceinfo actor, go to it's settings >> display. In there, there will be a section (inside display) called skins, the water texture is located there.

Hope that helped. ;)
