Where to submit our IPs for Ranked servers

Now that the patch is live, where do we submit our server IPs so that we can make them ranked?

Now that the patch is live, where do we submit our server IPs so that we can make them ranked?

All servers are currently ranked by default. Guess this will go for the rest of the beta.

John said they will get the page up shortly.

As the rankings earned during the BETA more than likely won't carry over when the game goes live (conjecture on my part), there is still plenty of time.
