Hello there!

I have bought RO2 retail days after it was released and I never could be bothered to upgrade to Rising Storm. Lately I was thinking about doing so, but I do not see the option.

Buying RS with RO2 included anyway for 17.99 EUR is too much for me considering I already paid 39.99$ for RO2 back in 2011.

Even if I was to buy RS right now, I would end up throwing away RO2 I've bought as retail long time ago cause you get RO2 with RS anyway.

Why isn't there an upgrade option for people who have only RO2?

EDIT:

Can someone confirm if this is the upgrade, I don't see description:

Edit #2:

Nope... I just realized. RO2 was free for a limited amount of time so it basically has no value.

Correct me if I am wrong, but once people stopped buying RO2, TWI gave it out for free with releasing RS and made everyone buy the game ALL OVER AGAIN. It wasn't so bad when there was an option to upgrade, but this option is no longer available.

The fact that I bought the buggy mess that RO2 was on it's release on day 1 and supported TWI with 40$ has no value whatsoever.

I don't mind paying for additional content, but why am I forced to buy the game all over again? Are you saying what own right now amounts to nothing?

That upgrades the basic version of Rising Storm to the Digital Delux version which includes the unlocks of stuff like bayonets, Japanese LMGs, scopes etc... as well as a couple of Killing Floor skins. I don't think that upgrades the base version of Red Orchestra 2.

Essentially I don't think there is a way to upgrade bar buying the full product. I'd personally wait for a sale if you want it as the price drops hugely.
