Where can I find map layouts?

Sorry if this has already been answered (I did search, but couldn't find what I was looking for), but does anyone know where I can find some map layouts? For those that are familiar with drafting/design, I'm looking for "plan views" (top down, overhead, 2d, whatever you want to call it).

I would like to print them out so that I have a map view without having to toggle map view on while in-game.

I found this youtube video, and it's sort of what I'm looking for, but I would prefer something that is more of an image format or a pdf perhaps. Anyone got anything?

I've been meaning to print screen and edit the maps from single player mode so I can print them and use as reference.

you can easy make them yourselve by flying high in spectate mode

Can't you just call up the map, and scroll wheel out to zoom out, then take a screen shot?

I tied that making a guide for Sapers/Pioniere on Red Oktober. (not complete when I made it, still didn't have all destroyable targets)
Then details like trenches and other prefab buildings/objects dissapear on my system.
But I run my game with medium settings, which probably influences drawdistance...
