Where are the big Tanks Maps

Im wondering if its just the servers I go on haven ot got them in rotation.. I just wondered if there are any mapslike those in the original which were predominantly tank battles over large areas.

There's one; it's called RO-Gumrak, and servers empty within five minutes when it gets voted.

Maybe people don't like Gumrak because a certain level of skill is needed to play as a tanker, no laser like one-shot semi-automatics that do half the work for you.:IS2:

Playing on Gumrak is the worst experience I've had in the years I've been playing RO1 and now RO2.

Two ridiculous looking lines of tanks just strolling at each other, with one human in each one (because no one wants to crew a tank together). There's no sort of adrenaline rush at all, just opposing lines of tanks left-clicking on each other. It plays like a revolutionary war era line battle.

The map is also too small for solely tanks. After spawning, it's just a simple matter of how fast can you get back to your respective hill to fire. It's too linear.

Nearly all the maps are linear, seems to be TWI's idea of fun, funneling all the players towards the 2/3 cap zones.
They might as well have remade Arad, after all they remade Danzig
Still when they introduce the new vehicles and infantry, Gumrak will be a totally map different to what it is now.

What skill level are you refering to? The one where you let AI do all the shoting?
