Where are my deluxe "day 1" unlocks?

When I preordered the deluxe edition of this game on steam, I was promised a day 1 unlock of the MKb, AVT-40, the scoped SVT-40, the scoped G-41, and the bayonets for both the Mauser kar 98k and the Mosin-Nagant. So far all I've seen is my bayonet, and the story is the same from everyone else. Why are we not getting what we paid for?

It's a glitch and they're currently working on getting the unlocks out to anyone who ordered the DDE. Please don't pull the whole entitled whining thing that the DDE users got when they couldn't get the beta on time. Enjoy what you have for now and you'll get a lovely little present once TWI fixes it all.

As long as they're working on a fix and not just hanging us all out to dry, I'm happy.

I don't see how he is coming off as entitled in the slightest?

He paid $10 more with the promise of day 1 unlocks. He didn't get them.

That isn't being entitled, it's not getting what you paid for.

Yeah but whining about it when it's already been said that they couldn't get it out due to an error and will get it out ASAP is certainly a show of entitlement. Yes I know it said "DAY 1" unlocks, but it didn't happen did it? Screw-ups happen and TWI is happy to fix it for you guys, so zip it

Well he can be entitled all he wants but he doesn't have to act like a 5 year old begging his mommy for a toy off the shelf They're already working on fixing the problem geez.
