When are we likely to be able to preorder RO:O?

I don't want any discount. I am happy to pay for RO:OF cause I am happy to support the devs.

Steam doesnt work like that, once you purchase a game its permanently connected to your user account - you personally can download it as many times as you need (and it supports resuming etc)

Well it's unlikely to be available for preloading as soon as you preorder. However it would be cool if the game was preloaded a couple of days before activation.

Not entirely true. They can put stuff up for preload right away that is finalized, much like they did for HL2 and such.
