As a french, i can tell you this voice actor needs way more training to speak like us.
When you give her loads of money she says "une brique, merci connard" (1000 dosh, thanks ******e. I mean, when someone gives you dosh, you don't insult him, WTF.
And the "encore une" and "salaud !!!" and other insults like this, make sense in english but not in french. First of all, cause we would say "encore UN", we would not use female words.
And yes, this "zapato" thing is still a mystery to me.

I thought she said "This reminds me of Germany" not charmaoibalxoxoxs whatever. Pretty bland character though tbh, they just needed at least 1 female for EA so they cooked up an annoying French Punk chick with no real personality or believability. The L4D survivors had more personality and convincing dialogue than a lot of KF'S chars so far. Donovan Neal for example just feels like a placeholder.
I don't know if we can really say that characters from a video games who only shoot things and speak sometimes can have a deep personnality.
But even if i'm a KF fanboy and will play it for 2000 hours or more. I'm really not amused by the fact people who are not native speakers are dubbed by native speakers and it's not cool for us.
It's like making a movie about the american natives and hire white people to play them, with some red makup on the face.

The problem is ,a bad accent makes everyone laugh except the one whose accent is concerned...And as I'm a French speaker, yeah, I don't like at all how Ana is speaking while Hayato doesn't bother me as much. Of course it's bad,but in a way, it's funny because that's how many people in the Western world pictures a Japanese guy's accent.
As for personnality... I don't agree with the fact that it's hard to create a personnality for a killing machine. Foster, Alberts ,Masterson ,Briar, Scully and Hayato certainly have something that makes them likeable , either the insanity of Hayato , the oh-so british insults of Briar and Masterson to the funny quotes of Foster,Alberts and Scully.
Ana and Donovan on the other hand... They come as bland. But at least Ana has the benefit of having an original look and being the only female as of now. Donovan has nothing...

It's cringey, but not a deal-breaker.
It's not game-breaking to me. But as TripWire isn't what i could call "poor" anymore, i wanted them to hire some local actors.

I believe she says "I prefer a demon at the shore". Anna like the beach which is where she would prefer to fight the zeds. Hint hint, KF2s next map will be beach based, she will get her wish. I speculate.
