Level Design What will work in Unreal 3?

If the gods smile on us and give us RO2 which will be built under unreal 3 engine. What portion of the current custom maps will be able to be converted to work on the new engine. For instance will BSP be transferrable from one to the next? I would assume all of the statics would be new in the new game as well?
 
Heightmaps and alphamaps for the terrain layers should be exportable and usable in UE3 too. With many custom-maps consisting mainly of terrain plus more or less generic and re-used buildings they should be fairly fast to remake.
Textures should be usable after exporting and importing them.

But:
New map > inpired by > remake >>>> port
