Has RO3 been announced/hinted or is this just pure speculation? Sorry I havnt been here in a very long time
If you didnt catch what I meant. The person I responded too explained what happens in RO2 if you run around like a nincompoop. So my point is, whats the difference if its 1942 or 1988......
Well some people are worried that the abundance of automatic weapons would cause the "run-n-gun" playstyle to become prevalent.
I'm just saying that it doesn't work that way in reality, so if it were done very close to reality there would be no rambo-ing.

BF4 Campaign is same continuity with BF3. After the 2014 war, the Russians never forgave the US, and supported the coup by Admiral Chang, in order to get China on their side. (However this is never directly explained in the Campaign.)

Yes a much better campaign I agree, comrades was the best mission.
As for BF4 plot the coup by Admiral chang was not approved by the goverment he was rouge so why would the russians be helping them?
Inn any case what I did notice how in both games they made the spooks look like the aholes. The guy that grabs the HDD from your hand in the sinking ship is same spoot from BF3 that blackburn knocks out to escape.
By the way I just remembered something, if Russia were such allys with china in this delusinal hallucination of the screen writer then how come in multiplayer there are maps of RU vs CH?
As for Dima I thought his fall from the carrier was the stupidist, Im going to guess he was in that prison because at the end of BF3 the FSB comes to shut him up while he was writing the letter to let the world know what really happen. Yet usually they would just shoot him, so I dunno. Or maybe they just bagged him and sent him to China, but yet again why not send him to siberia? Maybe they knew he was too elite and too good and would escape? You should read the book about BF3 its all about Dima, I wont spoil it but it goes in much more detail and has an alternate ending...

WW1 would be incredibly boring if Tripwire takes combat as a realistic approach since it'd be shooting from a trench and waiting the whole game.
Seriously there was so much more to World War One than just trench warfare. Its incredibly annoying how uninformed so many people are.
gas atack, first use of tanks without any normal AT guns or other weapons ( except rare and late T gewher ), flamethowers, german assault groups with body armor. This is all hell interesting
