Since we're getting a Euro setting, I'd think it'd be pretty funny to see a map that has a layout more or less identical to RO-Danzig.

The way the devs make it sound, maps getting darker and darker will be inevitable during the progression of a game as more and more lights would be knocked out by e.g. explosions and missed shots.

Yes I know, that was mainly a joke . Though I want to say that I read that they said France won't be the only location (or maybe they just said Paris, not specifically France).

They said it's continental Europe, a month after KF1. Not just France, and definitely not just Paris.

Probably the reason they specified "continental" is because the outbreak started in London and it's been a month, so by now there's nothing left in UK/Ireland worth protecting anymore.

I hope there are a couple "non-canon" returning KF1 maps, though.

I'd like to see story maps. Not necessarily a one big story map that covers what happened in the game (although that would be awesome), I'd like good remake of KF-TheHive and it's successors.
Just to nod at the original Killing Floor.
