I'd say it's a tie between useless commanders, and clueless tankers. Either can ruin your sides chances of winning.

Other: Players who rage on voip because they don't like how their teammates are playing. I was in a game on station where the commander was making less then ideal artillery attacks & one of the other players was just yelling at them for several minutes.
I try to always assume anyone playing poorly is just new to the game and I try to support/encourage them to keep trying. People like this are not helping the game's community by raging, they're hurting themselves by driving people away from this game. We need all the players we can get and yelling at each other certainly won't draw in any more players.

I just came from a match with almost nothing but campers on our side. Playing Axis on Pavlov's house, we actually lost the ruins...repeatedly. Half the team was in a window somewhere.
I had to be commander because noone else wanted to, I usually don't because I admit I'm not the best at it. But at least that way I could call in some arty.
On a side note, does the recon plane actually DO anything? I couldn't get it to work.

I went with TKers - the clueless accidental ones. The TKer who is in the same room with you, will look at you for a good second or two and then shoots you. Next thing I see is, "Sorry I thought you looked like a [German/Russian]."
Wished I could pick more options.
I don't like useless commanders or squad leaders.
Some peeps never heard of smoke and arty or they drop it on there own team.
Run and gunners witch makes it pretty much useless to have a SL spawn.
I've seen so many games gone bad due people have not a clue to what they are supposed too do.

People that like to use voip to talk about random (usually stupid) subjects even when no one else is participating in the conversation. I don't know what it is, but having to go into the mute menu to find that ONE guy just annoys me.
I voted for campers, because I figure a team refusing to Push onto the Objective is Camping.

People who abuse the VOIP.
Instead of: "They're in the left stairwell"
They say: "Yea, well I was walking along and I seen them on the left hand side, in the stairwell. I took a couple of shots at them, but I missed, I think we should take them out so that they don't flank us, because that would be bad. And if we die, then our reinforcement count will go down. So if you have a gun, you should shoot the enemy, who happens to be in the left, hiding in the stairwell"
