What happened to all the ranting about the Germans/Russians not speaking in native language?

I guess people must have forgotten that when what your soldiers say ingame actually became usefull to understand.

Could someone tell me how this is done? Or give a link to a thread where it's explained? I found that all the stuff I need to understand shows as a text, or is rather simple (Granate, granato).

Ah yes, I have heard this one sometimes as well. So both should be in the game. Although not for me as I just changed the voices to native. Now off to test if they work.
