I hear it pretty common. Different weapons have different voice lines. When Mr.Foster has the m4, he says "This is my rifle! There is none like it!" Or something along the lines of that

Go to the biotics lab camping area with that room and stairs and look at the clots being cloned. I heard it while there around 2-3 times.
