Weird error

Whenever I launch Killing floor, I get this error

"Please enable Direct3D acceleration. You can do this by starting dxdiag and enabling Direct3D acceleration in the Display1/2 tab after installing DirectX 8.1b (or later) and the latest drivers for your graphics card."

The thing Is, I have the latest drivers and When I go to dxdiag's display tab, I see Direct3D Acceleration, and it says that it is Not available.

I also get another problem where it says Microsoft C++ at the top.
"Runtime error

Program:
...am/steamapps/common/killingfloor/system/Killingfloor.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information."

After each error, I check the killingfloor log, and it is blank. I have tried deleting the system folder, killingfloor.ini and verifying the cache file. But, I paid 20 bucks for this, and I haven't been able to play it yet

My specs are:
Win7-64bit
6GB DDR3 Ram
Q8200 Quad Core CPU
ATI Radeon HD 5670.
Am Running DirectX 11.

Please help me, I've been trying everything.

Thanks for the reply, but to no avail. I have already checked that.

However, this issue has been resolved and I will post below incase anyone has this error with Win7.

UPDATE!!! You know your Windows Updates. Install them. I fixed this problem by installing some Microsoft.NET updates.

Yeah I should have known. since this is a known issue with other games -.-
