Whenever I launch Killing floor, I get this error

"Please enable Direct3D acceleration. You can do this by starting dxdiag and enabling Direct3D acceleration in the Display1/2 tab after installing DirectX 8.1b (or later) and the latest drivers for your graphics card."

The thing Is, I have the latest drivers and When I go to dxdiag's display tab, I see Direct3D Acceleration, and it says that it is Not available.

I also get another problem where it says Microsoft C++ at the top.
"Runtime error

Program:
...am/steamapps/common/killingfloor/system/Killingfloor.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information."

After each error, I check the killingfloor log, and it is blank. I have tried deleting the system folder, killingfloor.ini and verifying the cache file. But, I paid 20 bucks for this, and I haven't been able to play it yet :(

My specs are:
Win7-64bit
6GB DDR3 Ram
Q8200 Quad Core CPU
ATI Radeon HD 5670.
Am Running DirectX 11.

Please help me, I've been trying everything.
