So console tells you WebAdmin has loaded correct? If it has:

1. Did you port forward the proper TCP port?
2. Is this on your network or another network?
3. Has anyone else besides you tried to connect to it?

No, console doesn't tell me anything, should it?
1. I think I did, I forwarded the 8080tcp as the tutorial said
2. On my network
3. Only I, I think.

Console should pop up a message saying something along the lines of:

Code:
ScriptLog: Web Server Created http://yourip:8080 Port: 8080 MaxCon etc...

If you don't see that, that means the Web Server isn't up and you might have missed something somewhere in the configuration files. It's one of the first things you see when booting up the server.

Indeed it does. I was trying to connect through myip:8080, when I put http://myip:8080 it worked. I think it is that, or the line in KFWeb.ini changed it back to bEnable=false, cause I looked there, and it was false again for some reason.
Anyway, it's working now. Thanks for the help, you were very quick to respond!
