Summary: webadmin pages contain wrong text/values

Description: Kick voting aswell as map voting page in webadmin is broken, with wrong text and/or values.

It also seems that kick voting does not work properly ingame on online servers, nothing happens, surely because server admin messed with the setting because of the wrong text and/or value in the dedicated webadmin page. Kick voting ingame may also be looked at so (I will have a try on my server when we'll gather enough people on it)

Up!!!! acutally the three last tabs of webadmin general setting (at least them, maybe more errors in the whole webadmin) are ****ed up!
MAP VOTING / KICK VOTING / CHAT tabs need to be fixed..

Do you plan on fixing it in a server hotfix or do we have to just stop using webadmin?
