Server Web panel does not recognize objective mode maps

Hi as the the topic says, it only lets me use the 3 built in maps, I'm certain I have moved all files to its proper locations.
Restarted the server, and logged into my webpanel to make the changes.
Could there be something I'm missing, is the more files I need to edit to make it appear.

Any help would be appreciated. Or if you feel you need more info from me, just ask.

You're not really clear. Need more details.

What 3 maps does it recognize? 3 KFO maps or 3 KF maps?

If it's just recognizing 3 KF maps then you need to change the mode in Web Admin to KFO and the KFO maps should load.
If it's just recognizing 3 KFO maps then you need to add them to the maplist before they'll appear in the web admin list.
