Reproducibility: Always
Summary: Turning Weapon Quick Select off will make the weapon selection hotkeys (1, 2, 3) not function under certain scenarios.
Description:
1) Turn Weapon Quick Select off.
2) Grab an AA-12 and a Double-barrel Boomstick, with nothing else besides your 9mm, knife, and syringe.
3) Equip the AA-12.
4) Scroll the mouse wheel until the weapon selection lands on the syringe and stop, don't click. Wait until the weapon selection bar disappears.
5) Press 1 to switch the AA-12 with the Double-barrel Boomstick. It won't work. You can't switch primary weapons by pressing 1 now.
-You don't have to use AA-12 and Boomstick.
-This bug also happens to secondary, melee, and equipments slots (if you have the welder in your inventory).
-You need to have multiple weapons in the same slot for it to happen.
-You need to have the top most weapon in the slot equipped for it to happen.
-You don't have to stop on the syringe to trigger the bug. You just need to end up on a different slot.

I love being able to flick the mouse wheel to check my ammo levels without changing my gun. This bug makes doing that kinda dangerous.
