Weapon hotkeys

In KFmod ther are no hotkeys and the number keys are for voicebinds..

Most of the time I die is trying to switch to a weapon. :\ When you have 5 or 6 weapons it takes forever to switch to em..
They weren't even bindable! Maybe they were by editing ini, but they weren't in settings.

It'd be nice if like..

  1. cycle melee weapons
  2. cycle pistols
  3. cycle rifles and shotguns
  4. cycle heavy weapons(law and flamethrower)
  5. cycle equipment (welder and med syringe)

But still with custom binds via ini editing can't you only have 1 key per weapon? Or can you put the welder and med syringe both on key 5 and press it to cycle?

my key binds

1- Melee weapons (knife,broken pipe,Axe)
2- Speed weapons (9mm,dual 9mms,bullpup)
3- Power weapons (handcannon,shotgun,hunting shotgun,law)
4- Ranged weapons (winchester,Xbow) and Flamethrower (I dont know why its there)
6- Tools (welder,med syringe)

Yeah.. but it'd be nice if it was like that in the config instead of having to manually do it in the ini.

Same with toggle crouch.

Though speaking of, I wish the buy menu was condense to a one page thing. I hate all the tabs.. shouldnt' take soo long to look at and buy weapons. Should all be on one page with roll-overs.

I find that games where lots of weapons in catagories are selected by the same button are annoying. But with KF i guess it would be ok.

Yeah but.. 1=pistol, 2=handcannon, 3=sa80, 4=shotgun, 5=hunting shotgun, 6=windchester, 7=crossbow, 8=flamethrower, 9=LAW, 10=med syringe, 11=..so on.
You have 15 weapons counting all the melee, tools, so on. I also hate reaching past the 6 key since I have to let go of WASD.
