The water dispensers in KF-Offices have 3 levers. What's the third one for?

no there's hot water and cold water but what's the third one for?

from the dispensers we have at my workplace, you can actually get hot, WARM, and cold water depending on what spicket you use.

I dont know what the point is (if anything, they could just add some cold water to the hot to get warm... but I suppose for animals it makes things easy), but that is what it is for in my experience.
