Washed out colors

Hi tripwire when I go to another region all the colors start to show but if I go underwater or to another region it all looks pale like if I had raised brightness all the way to the max it looks washed out. I’m on Xbox one s btw

I get a loading screen some times in-between areas(Xbox, PS4). (just sometimes) its fast though minimal pop-in of textures. mostly on PC for me, in the Grotto.

I know in fawtick bayou, there's a yellow light near the Um I forgot. but the yellow light shines regular up on the surface. but under water it is over saturated.

I might have to play again to get a pic of it. I know it happened on all platforms (Xbox, PS4, PC).

Here is the over saturation. All Platforms. at least for me.

I think it looks cool though.

I think it's realistic, honestly. It's night time and the lamp is illuminating the under water.

I've had this happen in the Gulf region underwater. The color was white instead of deep blue.
