i fail to see the "hack" in exploiting the average internet users stupidity. Care to explain?

true they are exploiting the stupidity of the average user, but they are still illegally accessing a person's private information, which is a clear case of account hacking

would be like saying a terrorist flying a plane into a public building is just exploiting the ineffectiveness of airport security, so it therefore isn't a crime

actually never thought of identity theft through this.....that makes sense and actually is really even more scary than a stupid Steam account and video games. good thing for facebook, they are constantly improving privacy protection....but there's not much they could do to stop this kinda of thing.
and most people use facebook mainly to keep in touch with their friends from the real world.....you know, some people actually have real friends right? if some of them happen to be hot chicks then ++
