what server has the waffen ss models and more? I forgot the name of the server....

You mean the IOM server. IOM bring a lot of nice stuff into RO.

but we have to wait for the next IOM update, before we can enjoy it again (and much more).

I hope OdW, 40-1, RGN and Cat will support IOM woth a server again. And of course many admins and clans, too.

Btw IOM is much more than Waffen-SS skins. (Info for new RO-player). New uniforms (and weapons - soon) are just a part of it.
