Feel free to post your system specs and how things run. (mouse lag, low fps, ect.)

I personally never play a game without Vsync, as the tearing bugs the hell out of me.

I use the program D3DOverrider to force Vsync with Triple buffering and have the in-game setting "off".

PhenomII quad 3.8 oc
4 GB 1600 ram
Radeon HD 4850 1gb ddr3

Game runs at about 40fps on High 1600x900 res with "low" shadows. Dips sometimes during artillery and smoke and I get occasional stutters.

On. Hate tearing.

AMD T1100
HD6870
16GB RAM

1920x1080
All options maxed or set to on except for hardware physics.

Average 30fps everywhere, with some areas at 40--50fps, and others at 20-25. Overall it is very smooth and I have no problem killing stuff.

I never use v-sync, it makes aiming laggy as ****.

Even though I have a GTX 570 and am constantly pushing more than 60 FPS on all my games, I don't get any screen tearing.

I tried it and 60 fps but it isn't smooth enough for me, besides, my GPUs get equally stressed with vsync on as is with it off...

used to play with it on but never really saw any improvements over what it looked like off so i just turned it off hoping i might get better FPS, i dont think it worked though.

Kinda strange how people report aiming/input lag with such beefy systems.

I have a 5 year old PC and I run RO2 with vsync, nothing close to input lag for me. In fact I haven't experienced such a thing in a long time.

So top of the line 5 years ago with upgrades? My 4 year old PC runs like crap with medium settings and at times even low.

My brand new gaming rig runs like crap at times with setting on medium (12-21FPS) and then runs amazingly well with settings maxed (30-60FPS). This game blows everything we know about conventional gaming specs out of the water

My 5 year old PC runs this game just fine on Medium (textures high, shadows/decals off) I get around 60 fps, sometimes dipping to 40 fps

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
2 GB DDR2-667U RAM

I crammed a GTX260 in there a few years ago, and some extra RAM (4GB 800mhz DDR2), but it's still on a AMD X2 5200+ 2.4ghz.

It's pretty low range these days. Does not like RO2 on anything over 32 players.
