After the first few round of patches the server browser worked for me. Since the last few, it stopped working. 
Making the browser more stable is the most important thing for me.

Would like to see arty lag fixed and AI tank gunners removed or seriously nerfed. They still have laserbeam accuracy and instant target acquisition that makes them seriously un-fun to go up against and easy to cheese with. Also fix recon plane sounds cutting out and recon planes getting stuck on Apartments. Other than that everything is great.
I hope they can soon focus on releasing the SDK, promoting community content, and putting out some new content of their own.

Sorry i do not wish to be ignorant here.
In the next patch i would like a practice mode & Skirmish mode & Full SDK.
The reason i say this is i have a MOD on stand by and yes we do in fact need the SDK to start this is why i would of picked the other option but i dont see one.

Getting leathered by an auto aiming tank is stupid! and happens too often...
Netcode improvements would be nice, even the highest spec servers seem to struggle with 50+ players, pings can be all over the place! Definately seems like server optimisation wouldn't do any harm.

i totally agree with you there , i left it out because i know i would have been attacked by quite a few people by doing so.
honestly that is such an easy addition to a patch its not worth listing.You left out Native languages in options
But people need to start speaking up about it. It should have been a option at launch
better & more stable FPS. for SOME reason the 3gb patch really hurt my rig. the stuttering and shifty FPS really made me quit playing this game.
I'm not so sure about the netcode, but I voted for it too. Hit registration seems...well...not great at times.
Unless the game gets a major smoothing over, it's hard to say I'll be back.

Voted for realistic weapon loadout.
But I'd really like to be able to climb out of a trench without falling back in over and over. This bug gets me killed a lot. Super frustrating.

Well, my two aren't included in your poll:
1. Undoing whatever they did in the October 7th patch that cut my fps in half to a lousy 16-34 with no consistency in fps at all; and,
2. Fixing the broken close range hit detection.

Not just will it help it will also give me time to do some quality things and work on new things etc giving me something to achieve the SDK is probably a modders dream at this stage.
Mine wasn't on the list so ...The ability to be able to choose your unlocks.
And to save time in animating people taking an unlock off a gun.Just have a wider weapon select screen with weapons with or without certain unlocks.
