One more error with a chatter speak of your soldier in options menu (Voice message frequency)..
- the thing is that when you choose "minimal" or "critical only" chatter - you actually can still hear ALL the chatter of your soldier.
I remember the first releases of the game when I turned "Minimal" voice there - and my soldier was almost silent and did not commented every situation occured on battlefield.
