Visual accessibility improvements

1. Subtitles. Much larger, maybe with a slider.
2. Subtitles option for background opacity percentage and colour.
3. Subtitles to have line breaks at commas and full stops, to prevent the last line having only one or two words in it.
4. UI icons and text to be larger. Again, some games offer it as a slider.
5. Target icons and text to be larger. Slider option also a good idea.
6. Larger text and icons on the Evolution and other ‘menu’ screens.

yea, me being 51 this year. I feel your pain. even with New prescription glasses, I sometimes in the mornings cant seem focus until later in the day.
