VIP Game Mode

My personal suggestion is to add VIP mode like surviving after a crashlanding: 2 pilot players, 4 wounded soldiers and 1 officer or someone like that. Simple as that, you just spawn with small amount of players, 7, on example, and then your objective is to provide stealth movement to the rescure zone.

VIP will be randomly selected from theese 7 players. But enemies will be more, 32, but not less than 16 with a few tickets for a spawn, 64 is enough to let everyone spawn at least twice.
Could be played very well on non-linear and night maps.
And everything what enemies have is the marker on the map of a crash site

I think this mode will provide a great teamwork and will make a small number of people to coordinate between each other to achieve the goal.

Good idea. Those Ceasar Merlin missions Shack Tac did with ArmA seemed awesome, seems like a pretty solid concept for this as well, but imo the replayability would depend greatly on map size and map boundaries - it would require a pretty large map if it was to be fun for more than a couple of rounds...

What about a POW game mode as well, where your team has to rescue POW's somewhere on the map and then bring them to a LZ without getting all of them killed, could be a limit on spawns for the enemy team, the POW's could be either Ai or controlled by a player.
