I came to think about this movie that I saw for quite a time ago when I played the orginal RO.

It gives quite a lot of information about sniper tactics that can be usefull in RO aswell, such as how to scout, remember landscape, and how to hide etcetc.

A lot of these tactics can be applied into RO2 and I've found them quite usefull. If anyone of you have any sort of other videos you want to share, post it.

That's amazing how advanced their training was.
The Russians had similar, but I get the feeling most of their training was 'on the job'.

Now we just need maps big enough to warrant a scope.

I miss RO1's flair for sniper vs sniper and sniper vs mg gameplay, which hasn't taken yet in RO2. More Zaitsev vs Koenig please....

Yeah, especially the sniper training is very impressive.

I think the maps in RO2 is away to small in overall at least for the high amount of players they have. I remember I used Blitzkrieg tactics in RO as a teamleader; as I saw a caravan of tanks coming, I ordered arty, which gave a great effect.

Psh those tactics are obviously made for WASP who don't know the power of knives and kung foo. If Chinese were a playable faction- This would be your training video.

RO2 seems to be made more for the 3-4 man squad maneuvering type game. Which is why i love it. Im gonna be getting a good headphone mic set soon (WHICH SHOULD I GET) and when that happens i know this game will get 100% better for me.
