PC Very Low FPS with night vision after patch 1008

Now that you have started the thread start off by naming the category you best feel the bug falls into (PLEASE PICK ONE):

Reproducibility: Always

Summary: The frames per second drop to half when night vision is ON

Description: Before last patch (1008) this isn't happen. Nigh vision had wierd blur behavior, but no lag. I know the patch 1008 correct some effects of the night vision but now my framerate drop from 60fps to 30fps.

It happen always:
just turn ON the nigh-vision

No matter lvl, perk or server config.

Online/Offline: both.

Others should try it out too. I will and respond on this matter later.

EDIT: No problems here. I use a Nvidia-GPU, 1 vram. Pretty old too. Just the usual FPS-Drops every now and then with or without Nightvision. I propose you post your specs here, mokov.
