Summary: Matriarch/Rachel's Seasonal, Summer skin glitches out after she dies.
Description: I noticed this right after I killed her and noticed that she no longer had her Summer skin on and instead was replaced with a bloody, fleshy texture.
Online/Offline: Both

Edit: Can confirm, this happens both Online and Offline.

Yeah, it has happened every time I have killed her.
