Vehicle Patch Update - Note to Modders

We've found in our testing that several mutators will break with this upcoming update (mostly those that touch vehicle code as that has undergone major changes).

For those wishing to test/update their code, there is a Rising Storm beta SDK available under the tools list.

If you are a modder, grab the beta SDK and try your mutator out with it. If it doesn't work, update it.
