Beta Map Valienatos - Carpathian Crosses Map

On the 27th June 1941, Romanian Infantry attack towards Valienatos with the objective being to capture a crucial bridge, and to form a bridgehead. Intelligence suggests that there is an Artillery battery just beyond the village, which has already been wreaking havoc upon the advancing Axis frontline.

In the actual battle the Romanians not only had to fight against the heavy Russian defensive fire, but also had to fight through the difficult marsh terrain. Ultimately the operation was a failure with the Romanian troops withdrawing.

Beta 2 version of Valienatos has been released. Available from RO.PL and also the Filefront link above.

Spawns have been moved and cap zones modified somewhat. There is now more cover for the Axis at the first objective. Time of the map has been increased to 25 minutes. Little glitches and bugs have been removed.

Hopefully the FPS for everyone is still good.
