use mutators in singleplayer?

Hello,

I was planning to use the soundmutator realism mod in singleplayer but am a bit stuck on how to activate it. i would assume i have to start the game with an extra launch option line, what exactly is required?

If you've subscribed all you need do is launch the game normally and click the "Steam Workshop" entry at the start menu. Then click the "Mutators" button at the top and select the desired one, configure it, then go back to the maps and pick where you want to play.
