It has been delayed until the 13th of September. The Steam page has now been changed accordingly.

Yes, and like Yoshi posted the internal date for the beta hasn't changed. So unless TWI runs into huge trouble, the beta for people who bought the DDE will start before August 30th. Cmon people, this isn't rocket science.
