Update on Recent Purchase Issues on Console

We are aware of recent issue affecting one of our partners that has resulted in purchase issues. We are working closely with them to make sure this is resolved as soon as possible. Please fill out a support ticket in the event that we may need to manually grant any missing items.

This issue should now be resolved. Items should be granted automatically from previous purchases. If anything purchased does not show up after a restart, please reach out to support. Let us know specifically what was purchased, the quantity, the date, and what if anything was granted after a delay along with what didn't. Please include a proof of purchase showing these details.
