I voted for 19,99$.
It's funny, that KF with less than 20$ is much more entertaining and having bigger playtime than those 50+$ COD Titles in my opinion.

I'm not sure why there is all this concern about regional pricing from TWI. We've always priced accordingly per region, and we're not about to reverse 9 years of doing that. Case in point look at the regional pricing for the first game:

Keep in mind the Steam price for Euros and Pounds already includes VAT which is about 20%, and in the US there is no VAT.

Even better point!

Better is better than good! Heeeh!

I voted $30 mainly because i never pay more then that for a video game. Except for maybe ro2 that was 31.99 at launch.

I would definitely pay 40 euros, because I think that's the price the devs would need to actually get rewards from their work. I may be wrong, that's just my opinion. Also, you have my dosh since I played KF for the first time, I never enjoyed any game more than this one, and now we're talking about KF2. I'm super-hyper-over-excited.
On the other hand, 40 seems expensive for an early access. I don't think people would pay that much for a beta.

Actually, steam VAT is UP to 15%, no more because that is the VAT in Luxembourg where steam is based on in Europe and that is where they pay their taxes.

Now in EU1, where all the richer countries are, KF costs 17.99

I would be willing to pay up to $50, expecting a ton of content and knowing that Tripwire will release even more free maps / weapons after launch.

I got 300 hours out of Killing Floor 1, and I probably paid only $20 - $30 for it. There are games out there I've paid more than $50 for and got less than 10 hours out of.

I'll throw down for the $39.99.

But really this is dependent on your amount of content, and quality of it. If KF2 turns out to be KF1 with a new paint job (which I'd still love, btw) then I cant justify the higher price.

However, throw in that nice budget it seems like you guys have and make this game as great as I want it to be and I'll set an intravenous injection of my bank account straight to your jugular vein.

The minimum I'd like to pay for KF2 would be around $35 for Early Access and (nevermind the fact that I'd surely have it by then) $45 for the final release.

I'd begrudgingly pay 60 for it, I'd happily pay 40 for it and for 30 and under I'd be jumping up and down.

Well, I voted for $29.99, that seems reasonable to me. But the game does look really awesome. Realistically, I'd buy this even if you charged $59.99, but I think it really shouldn't be priced any higher than $29.99 if you want it to sell well outside of Steam sales. Diehard Killing Floor fans would be more willing to pay a premium price, but if you want to bring in more people, you can't over charge.

You could always do one of those "digital deluxe" versions that cost a little more and comes bundled with some character skins. Even then though, probably couldn't charge a whole lot more than $29.99 even for deluxe ($35?). It's a lot harder for non AAA titles to get away with expensive pricing.

For a game like this? I'd say 20-25$ for early acces. 30$ for full release.

I'm sure all the die-hard fans around here would pay 50$ for it but I can't see the majority of the gamers pay that for a game like this.

I think $14.99 would be a good initial Steam Early Access release price...
$19.99 or $24.99 for the final release.
Imagine a kid who doesn't have a lot of money, maybe $30...
In all his excitement, he asks his mother "MOM, CAN I GET THIS GAME? IT'S SO COOL!!!"
She says yes, buys it for him, he gives her the money ($14.99), and starts downloading the game. When it's done downloading and after it's installed, he tries to play it, but it lags! It lags so much, he can't play it at all, even on the lowest settings. So, the kid says "At least it wasn't $30! I still have $14.99 left, so I'm gonna go get BattleBlock Theatre on Steam, because I know I'll be able to play that!" If it were $30, he wouldn't be able to get any other game. You screwed him over big time (Even though he should have read the System Requirements), because of a game that's fairly overpriced. I think $20 is a great price for KF1 and 2 (Separate, of course). If you want to make money, create a bundle at $50 that includes KF1&2 with most DLC. Of course, all of this is just in my opinion, but I don't really want to pay $30 or more on a game that may not be completely compatible with an nVidia GT 610.

Game like this? Heeeh!

Mention one single game that is more fun than KF?

It is quite strange that a lot of people having KF in their Steam-account also at the same time have spent most hours played on exactly KF?

You may say that KF would been even more popular with MP and PvP?

This question can't be currently answered since we don't know much data about KF2.
Will there be a solo game mode ?
What kind of multiplayer mode will there be ?

If there is the same kind of feature as the last one, I'd say 10$.
If there is more, I could also give more.

Would you try making a kickstarter for that ?

I can see myself plonking down 20-25 EUR. I'm terrible with numbers and have no idea what the current dollar-to-eur rates are so I voted $29.99, which should be in the same ballpark.
