[Crash] UnrealEngine3 - I lost my money?

Actually I tried all options what I found here, but nothing helped me, when I start game : "UnrealEngine3" and I see only picture of this game, I can only watch on the picture for 35euro.... please help me if you can

Bad isnot in my Computer many guys have problem with this my my PC is better like steam Recomended:Recommended
OS: Windows XP/Vista/7
Processor: Quad Core 2.6 GHz or better
Memory: 3 GB
Graphics: 512 MB SM 3.0 DX9 Compliant NVIDIA
