I'm trying to setup the mod architecture for a total conversion. In the wiki it says that you have to input commandline switches, and it tells you to write a bunch of stuff. I'm not sure where the commandline actually is. Is it the steam shortcut I'm suppose to put this stuff in? I'm just so confused :(
