Unknown Steam error?

Anybody have a clue, what this means: An unknown Steam error is preventing you from connecting to this server. If the problem persist please contact Valve for support.

I get this when I`m trying to connect servers.

What should I do?

Is problem in my end or what?

EDIT. I got it fixed. No more problem. Admin can delete this thread.

Try deleting your "client registry blob file".
To be found in the main Steam folder.

Sure would of been nice if he posted what he did to fix this problem. As I have the exact same problem.

Yeah, I must of missed it in there, sorry. That did the trick though, all is fine now.
