Code Unholy Hand Grenade - Slot Machine

A friend of mine is running a server with the slot machine mutator on it. She said it contains the Unholy Hand Grenade card in it. She said that when it explodes it is supposed create a black hole and suck up everything that is within its radius, which it does do. One thing she pointed out to me though was that it did not suck up other players. Only the person who threw the grenade, the zeds, and things like other grenade. She wants it to suck up other players and I have searched around trying to find out how to do this. I can even find the code where it sucks anything up. Do any of you know how to make this work?
