unexpected bug, no smoke, no texture

I've tried all the video settings, and nothing corrects this error , which is totally unexpected.

Try to delete ROGame folder in MyDocuments

I reinstall, and ok now !

but , now I will install the mod - western front , and put some custom maps back , it could have been any of these things that brought the problem.
