[How Do I?] Understand random crashes.

I was sitting in a window on Pavlov's with a MG34 and I saw a russian, gunned him down no problem. Saw another in a window, fired a round. Another runs around the corner of a building, line up my shot, press the button, gun crack sounds, game freezes before the bullet fires and I Crash to desktop. I got the dxdiag, but does that really help me understand what made the game crash?

This question is open to anyone.

Also the game window is still open, but I click on it and nothing happens, have to CTRL ALT DEL it.

I have a similar issue. I can connect to a server, play for 'X' amount of time (Generally between 1-6 minutes) and then my game will minimize but won't crash, however I am unable to maximize the game.
