[Crash] Unable to start game

I reinstalled windows last night with windows 32 bit instead of 64. To my surprise the game did not work with a clean install. All drivers were not installed then I proceeded to install a single driver at a time and open the game every time. No success. The log seems to be stopping at the same spot many other people have been having the issue. Sorry for bad english.

Unable to start as in steam?...
right click on the game, and choose properties and then local files, click on
Verify Integrity of game cache

wait till it's done and try again
