I have following problem. I bought the germen version of "Killing Floor", then i heard that it would be cutted. I ask steam to refund me and delet the game from the "my games" list. I took sometime but they delet the game from the list but didn't refund me. Then i ask a friend in UK to send me the game as a gift, but after i tried to open my gift i recieved an error. Now i have paid 2 times for "Killing Floor" but i'm not able to play it. 
I already contact the steam support, but they answer rarely and don't seem to understand me. They ask me to send a copy of the CD-Key. I hope ou can help cause i'm really p***ed off.
