The glitch happens every so often where the server you are playing on will kick you out after your team is wiped/you win. During loading it will just kick you out into the main menu and won't let you join another server for some reason. You are able to join on friends but you can't make use of the server browser.It is fixed by restarting the game from desktop but is kind of annoying might be a glitch on the server end though.
